Household & Sharing

How does household sharing work?

You can invite family members to your household by sharing their email address. Everyone can see shared pets, reminders, and records.

Does everyone need a subscription?

No. One subscription covers the entire household. All members get full access.

Can I remove a member from my household?

Yes. As the household owner, you can remove any member from Settings > Household > Members at any time.

Subscription & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Cookie offers a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.

What happens after the trial ends?

You'll be asked to choose a monthly or yearly plan to continue using Cookie. Your data is kept safe even if you don't subscribe right away.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Pets & Records

Can I add multiple pets?

Yes — add as many pets as your household needs. Each pet gets their own profile with health records, feeding schedules, and reminders.

Are health records shared?

Yes. All health documents, vet visits, and reminders are visible to all household members so everyone stays informed.

Can I set reminders for vet appointments?

Absolutely. You can create reminders for vet visits, medications, vaccinations, grooming, and more. All household members will be notified.
